Only yesterday, a European was compensated and paid Kshs64.5 million for injury. The Assistant Minister has told us that the maximum compensation for a Kenyan is Kshs200,000. We would like him to tell this House what criteria they use to determine that the life of a Kenyan is less valuable than that of a European."
