    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, this is a judgement that was given to 6,000 members of the KCC, who were owed Kshs218 million. The Assistant Minister says the Government is now fully in charge of the KCC. Is it in order for her to tell this House that the Government is fully in charge of the KCC while it has totally ignored the plight of these 6,000 employees, who are awarded a total of Kshs218 million by the court? These are the same employees who rang the bell that the KCC was being mismanaged."
