    "content": "Yes, I have Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. I would like to add this; there are numerous claims pending against the Republic of Kenya. I would not wish that the channel for obtaining satisfaction of decrees should be by an order of the Speaker. I would wish to be able to pursue individual Ministries with all the available channels. I think that would give us a more orderly fashion. There are several hon. Members here who have written to me and those who have spoken to me about similar situations. I would like to assure the House that I will do my very best. I want this to be one of the new changes that my chambers undertake."
