    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the long answer given is just as confused as the trade policy in existence today. We have been independent for 45 years now. Trade is the most important thing for this country if we are going to develop and yet the Assistant Minister is telling us that there is no framework for a trade policy. In the answer, he says that the stakeholders meeting will be held before the end of November, 2008. We are now in December, 2008 and that has not yet happened. Could the Assistant Minister explain why that has not happened? They need to show us that they are serious in whatever they are doing."
