While this Motion has been brought in very good faith, I would like to seek the guidance of the Chair on whether it is appropriate for the House to discuss a Motion which is asking the Government to introduce regulations against the law which actually repealed price controls. I just want your guidance because of the urgency and emergency of the present situation. It is a very good Motion in terms of the spirit of it. I am just wondering about the technicality of the Motion and not the spirit."
