We know about the law on price controls but we already know the difficulties the common mwananchi is going through at the moment. This Motion seeks to debate about the difficulties pertaining to the food prices and commodities. The Government will be able to respond to this Motion. This Motion seeks to address the issue of whether the Government will come up with a better solution to increase food production. So, Eng. Maina, please, proceed!"
