"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the personal interest I have is that I have been a guest of State House at the invitation of His Excellency the President and I know the workings that go on in that House. The workers at State House may not be able to get the opportunity that I have to come into this House to tell Kenyans that State House is out of bounds to members of tribes that do not belong to that of the First Lady. She has been chasing people out of there and I have had the occasion to complain about this. This is a fact that cannot be denied!"
