    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, for any title deed to be issued, it has to go through many processes. That is why I have said that, in some areas, we have already completed the exercise. In some areas, we have not. For example, some title deeds are at the office of the Director of Survey where printing is now being done. Some areas are past the survey stage. It is up to the hon. Member to understand and tell us in which areas he wants the exercise to be expedited. We are always ready to do what we are supposed to do to ensure that title deeds are issued."
