    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Assistant Minister for his answer. However, I find it very unsatisfactory. I know the Assistant Minister comes from very far from Lake Victoria, but almost half of the lake is still choking under the water hyacinth. This has resulted in people living around the lake becoming economically internally displaced persons. This requires very urgent measures because we know that the water hyacinth has some advantages. What is he doing to put the situation at manageable levels, so that we can continue enjoying the advantages of the water hyacinth and, at the same time, it does not hinder the livelihood of the people around the lake?"
