    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, currently, the tribunal has no powers to enforce some of these awards. However, as a Ministry, we are now involved. For instance, today I talked to the management of some of the sugar companies and demanded to know when these payments will be made. Also, as I said, we have a Bill awaiting legislation by this House to give more powers to the tribunal, so that it can deal with those millers who are not honouring the payments."
