    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will respond in one minute. On the point raised by my good friend and former classmate, Mr. Mungatana, it is true that we considered those issues. Section 5 of the Act specifically states what you should and what you should not be. It says that a member of the Commission should not be a Member of Parliament or a councillor. We noted that provision very seriously. I agree with the Minister that the KHRC is a statutory body, and we believe that statutory bodies do a good job."
