    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, this House adopts Sessional Paper No.3 of 2008, on the Report of the Standing Orders Committee laid on the Table on 2nd December, 2008; and further resolves that the new Standing Orders contained in the Second Schedule of the Sessional Paper shall come into operation in the manner provided in Part 15 of that Schedule."
