    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we are reading fraud here. The Golf City in the KRC was started in 1921 and members have been paying joining fees to date. The value of the KRC land is over Kshs6 billion. The Rift Valley Railways is simply using its position to acquire that land, so that it can sell it and make money to sort out its problems elsewhere. Could the Assistant Minister confirm to this House that he will ensure that public properties, which have been in the hands of Kenyans for the last many years, will not be transferred to businessmen who are planning to sell them to make money and pay their debts?"
