    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the people on the ground, that is, the people of Shinyalu and Ikolomani, are eagerly waiting for the upgrading of these two colleges. Now that the Assistant Minister has assured me and given me a clear indication of what is supposed to be done, I will do exactly that. The people of Ikolomani and Shinyalu will make sure that the process is initiated. We will write to the university and do a follow-up to make sure that the university also writes to the Ministry.
