    "content": "asked the Minister for Labour:- (a) whether he is aware that cases of child labour have risen drastically in parts of Central Province, leading to high rates of school drop-outs and poor performance in national examinations; (b) whether he is further aware that culprits in the vice are easily set free by the children's courts, thus rendering the work of the chiefs and their assistants very difficult in their attempt to stem the menace; and, (c) what measures he is taking to establish definite and clear guidelines on how the cases of child labour and exploitation are tamed effectively and permanently."
