    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, thank you for this opportunity to ask the Assistant Minister one question. It is clearly emerging from his statement that an extension has been given to that contractor. He has also been paid Kshs78 million, and he has gone back to the site to continue with the works. But the fruit of his work is shoddy and is causing a lot of problems to motorists in that area. Why can it not be possible, in this scenario, for the Assistant Minister to take drastic action by way of terminating that contract? The extension of the same will inconvenience further, the motorists in that area!"
