I want to ask him whether he is aware that the contractor is on site. The fact is that the contractor has been paid Kshs78 million, yet he has not completed the works. He has not done anything on site! We can go there with the Assistant Minister and he will see what the contractor has done. He will also see the sewerage that he talked about. The sewerage was destroyed by the same 3748 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES December 2, 2008 contractor. Is he aware that the sewerage was destroyed by the same contractor?"
