    "content": "asked the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs:- (a) whether he could explain why Burrel International Company, which was December 2, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3749 contracted by the Prisons Department on 13th September, 2006 to construct residential blocks for Prisons officers, has failed to complete the project after foundation trenches were excavated and foundation footing partially laid; (b) what total amount was paid to the contractor; and, (c) what measures the Government has put in place to ensure that the houses are completed."
