    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the problem with the answer is that the original scope of the contract was subsequently changed. The contract was supposed to be patching up of about 18 kilometres and the amount that was allocated was Kshs45 million. However, they tendered and changed the scope of work, and they are now tendering again. I want the Minister to give us assurance that the amount that is available for the job is sufficient to complete the job and tell this House how long it will take for this to be done."
