"content": "There is a discussion still going on between these three parties regarding the difference in the time when the PSC indicated that those members of staff were supposed to be out and the time when the Ministry effected this, which was August. That difference is still being discussed and I am using this discussion issue because the PSC is an independent body and it implements its mandate independent of the Ministry. Therefore, if a party is aggrieved after that, the court is the open forum which an aggrieved person can seek redress. However, that discussion that is going on will ensure that justice is done for those who already have rendered their services."
