    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I realize that the Minister is now saying that the land is private November 27, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3669 and yet, when the notice was being given for people within that area not to pay rent, they were not made aware that the Government realizes it is private land and, probably, dues, rent and rate arrears must be paid. Now, those peoples' houses are about to be auctioned. What can the Minister do to ensure that they save those houses from being auctioned, since they are the ones who caused the problem?"
