    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the conflict in our region emanates a lot from the question of Somalia. The Minister is aware that the countries that surround Somalia are always drawn into the conflict by such cases like what is happening in Kenya today. Is he not able to use the African Union (AU) to mediate in this issue, so that Kenya does not look as if it does not want to host the hon. Members from Somalia? We do not want to start the kind of problems that Djibouti and Eritrea have because of Somalia."
