    "content": "Hon. Members, at these functions, Members of Parliament have had the opportunity to meet and interact with delegations from other parliamentary jurisdictions. Indeed, the Kenyan November 27, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3675 Parliament has played its reciprocal role in these international bodies by playing host to a number of delegations in the recent past, inclusive of delegations from the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Germany and China. It was on this basis that Kenya, during the 53rd CPA Conference held in Malaysia in August, 2008, was honoured to host the CPA Annual Conference in the year 2010."
