    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. I propose an amendment to the amendment to the new clause 2I(1):- THAT, Clause 2I(1) be amended by inserting immediately after the word \"equitably\" the words \"as far as is practicable\" and immediately after the word \"diversity\", remove the fullstop and add the additional words \"population and poverty index\". So, the whole Clause will read:- \"2I(1) Public resources shall be distributed equitably as far as is practicable geographically to take into account Kenya's diversity, population and poverty index\"."
