    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, New Clause 43 be amended by deleting- (i) the word \"Secretary\" appearing immediately after the word \"Commission\" on line one; (ii) the words \"he or she\" appearing on line three, immediately after the word \"complaint\", and substituting therefor the word \"it\". (ii) the words \"and the Commission\" appearing at the end. To be clear, my proposal will read as follows:- 43. (1) If the Commission does not consider it reasonably possible that a complaint may be conciliated successfully; or has attempted unsuccessfully to conciliate the complaint, it shall notify the complainant and the respondent in writing."
