    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting immediately after Clause 49 thereof the following New Clause 50:- Matters that may be investigated 50.(1) A matter may be investigated under Section 49(1) or (2) only if- (a) it is of such a serious nature that it warrants the investigation; and (b) it concerns a possible contravention in relation to a class or group of persons; and (c) the circumstances are such that the lodging of a complaint by one person only would not be appropriate. (2) Any matter may be investigated under Section 49(3)."
