    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting immediately after Clause 50 thereof the following New Clause 51:- Conduct of investigations 51.(1) The Commission shall conduct an investigation under this Part in the same manner, as nearly as practicable, as if it were a complaint. (2) If the Commission, after investigation, is satisfied that a person has contravened a provision of Part 1B, the Commission shall make all reasonable endeavour to conciliate the matter."
