    "content": "Protection from 54(1) A person to whom this section personal liability applies is not personally liable for anything done or omitted to be done in good faith in the performance of a function or duty, or the exercise of a power under this Act; or in the reasonable belief that the thing done or omitted to be done was in the performance of a function or duty, or the exercise of a power, under this Act. (ii) This section applies to every person who is or has been- (a) a member of the Commission; (b) the Commission Secretary; (c) a member of staff of the Commission; and, November 27, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3719 (d) any other person acting under the authority of the Commission."
