    "content": "Hon. Members, I wish to introduce to you, and welcome this afternoon, a delegation from the Parliament of the United Kingdom who are seated in the Speaker's Row. They are:- Mr. Nigel Evans, MP, leader of the delegation and Member of the Conservative Party; Mrs. Ann Cryer, MP, and Member of the Labour Party; Lord Dholakia, MP, and Member of the Liberal Democratic Party; Mr. Mark Oaten, MP, and Member of the Labour Party; Mr. Andrew Mackinlay, MP, and Member of the Labour Party and Earl of Sandwich, Crossbench. They are accompanied by Mr. Andrew Tuggey, who is the Secretary of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA), United Kingdom Branch, and Secretary to the delegation. Hon. Members, they are visiting the country as guests of the CPA, Kenya Branch. Note that this is a return visit following a similar visit by a delegation from the CPA, Kenya Branch, in 2006. Let me take this opportunity on your behalf and on my own behalf to wish them a fruitful and enjoyable stay in Kenya."
