    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, let me assure the hon. Member that renal services, including dialysis machines will be available at district hospitals. At the moment, we only have such services at the Kenyatta National Hospital, Moi Referral Hospital, the New Nyanza General Hospital and the Coast Provincial General Hospital. We intend to increase the availability of renal services in our district hospitals, so that patients can be properly treated. These are some of the shortages that this country has had for quite long. We intend to do away with them, so that we have proper medical services."
