    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the hon. Member has definitely a better computer in his head than mine. But what we are spending on medical services at the moment is way below the expectations of the Abuja Declaration which expects us to spend 15 per cent of our Budget on medical services. At the moment, we are spending only 7 per cent of the Budget. That is why I was appealing to hon. Members that, in the next financial year, during the Budget Session, to support us in asking the Government or the Treasury to give us more money to offer medical services, so that we can rise to the level that the hon. Member expects us to rise. But we cannot do that unless this House votes the money for the Ministry."
