    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 4 of the Bill be amended in the proposed Section 116B, by deleting subsections (1) and (2) and substituting therefor the following new subsections- November 25, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3539 Excise stamps 116b(1) The Minister, may, by notice in the Gazette, specify the excisable goods to which the requirement for the affixing of excise stamps under this section applies. (2) The Commissioner shall, by notice in the Gazette, specify the types and descriptions of excise stamps to be affixed on the goods specified under subsection (1)"
