    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Minister has clearly indicated that he is talking about enforcement of traffic rules. That does not fall directly under the Ministry of Transport. However, we are satisfied with the work that is being done by the relevant departments in enforcing traffic regulations. It is up to drivers, road users, passengers and everybody else to ensure that each one plays their part in the enforcement of traffic rules."
