    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank the hon. Member for that supplementary question which contributes positively to the Question. The rate of accidents in the country is very high. The unfortunate thing here is that this is virtually the same trend in the developing world. However, we want to be better than others. The numbers may be seen to have increased but, unfortunately, they are proportionate to the 6,000 vehicles that we register every month in this country. Mathematically, the number has not really increased in ratio. The number of vehicles on our roads has been increasing by 6,000 vehicles per month."
