    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, one of the problems with dispersing the funds in Kuresoi area was the political unrest after the general elections. That was a handicap in the area. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the other reason is that this is a new district and to date, we do not have a Social Gender District Officer in the area. Therefore, we are using the Social Gender District Officer from Nakuru. That has been a handicap between the office and the women groups. However, I think the matter is now under control and that is why we have 23 women groups being considered for funding from the Women Constituency Enterprise Development Fund and not from the main Fund."
