    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs as to when she will lay on the Table the November 26, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3621 Report which was prepared by the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR). The Report is entitled: \"Back from the Precipice\". I would want the Minister to give us a detailed account of the events that took place, particularly with respect to the abuse of human rights as compiled by the Commission. That Report is dated 7th August, 2008. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Report also contained the names of those who perpetrated the violence and also the recommendations and the way forward."
