    "content": "Thank you very much, Mr. Speaker, Sir. In seconding this Motion, I wish to thank the Minister for the presentation and also commend the Ministry in terms of the composition between the Development budget and the Recurrent budget. If you look directionally, actually, the Ministry has done very well in terms of increasing the proportion of the total budget that goes to Development Expenditure. Directionally, I think it is a positive move and we would like to encourage the Minister to continue to increase the proportion of the total budget that is going to Development budget."
