    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank very much hon. Members who have contributed to this Motion and, in particular, the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade, due to the suggestions he has made on the sugar industry. I can respond immediately and say that, already, there are intensive consultations going on about the sugar industry as a whole, between the Treasury and the Ministry of Agriculture. It is good that we be kept reminded from time to time that there is a problem. As hon. Okemo has said, we know there is a problem, including even the factory that was proposed many, many years ago, but has never been built! Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we want to get on with the other implementation duties. We have sat talking, but there are certain things we want to implement. I ask this House to approve a Service Bill to release me to go and work. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move."
