    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Minister's answer is not bad but I would say that, since this case has been going on, there are two sets of directors in this farm. They have been engaged in court battles, one trying to outdo the other for the last 30 years. Could the Minister assist these two groups to bring the case to a close? As they continue fighting, the members are suffering because they cannot use the title deeds although they have had the pieces of land for all that time. Could the Minister do something about it although there is a court case?"
