    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has not responded to the issue of the Kshs70 million, which the Kenya Roads Board (KRB) has allocated to this particular road. He is only talking of Kshs19 million which, if you have to look at the condition of the road at the moment, is only enough to cover about five potholes, because they are so big that some of them even require a bridge to be built over them. So, Kshs19 million will not do much. Is he aware of the Kshs70 million?"
