    "content": " Mr. Temporary 3540 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES November 25,2008 Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 11 and substituting therefor the following new Clause- Amendment of 13. The Fifth Schedule to Fourth Schedule the Customs and Excise to Cap. 472 Act is amended- (a) in the manner set out in item 1 of the First Schedule; (b) in the manner set out in item 1A of the First Schedule; (c) in the manner set out in item 2 of the First Schedule; (d) in the manner set out in item 3 of the First Schedule; and, (e) in the manner set out in item 4 of the First Schedule."
