    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- 3546 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES November 25,2008 THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 64 and substituting therefor the following new Clause- Amendment to (64) Section 50 of the section 50 of Insurance Act is amended by Cap. 487. deleting subsection (10) and substituting therefor the following new subsection- (10) Where a company or group of related companies referred to in subsection (9) is a bank or financial institutions, the percentage under that subsection shall be ten per cent."
