    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is always a pleasure to see the Attorney- General in the House answering Questions. Given the large number of accidents which are caused by employees of the Government, and considering that the Government does not insure its vehicles, could the Attorney-General consider providing for contingency fund every year in the Budget to meet this cost of the very large claims that arise out of the accidents that are caused by Government drivers? Could he consider that matter so that when next year's Budget comes, there will be an element of payment of claims arising out of accidents caused by Government employees?"
