(a) Could the Minister confirm that the UN entered into an agreement with the Government to remit Kshs400,000 per month for the Diplomatic Police Unit since its inception in 2005? (b) Could the Minister further confirm that each officer in the Unit is entitled to Kshs40,000 per month on top of their salary? (c) Could the Minister explain why the police officers in the Unit have not been receiving this top-up?"
