(a) Is the Minister aware that, despite all matatus from Eastlands having been directed to drop and pick passengers at Muthurwa Stage, some matatus are now illegally driving into the CBD, thereby having an unfair advantage over other matatus? (b) Is the Minister further aware that the owners of matatus that drop and pick passengers at Muthurwa Market have lost business and cannot service their loans due to mismanagement of matatu stages and routes by the Nairobi City Council? (c) What is the Minister doing to ensure that matatu operators in Nairobi Eastlands are not November 13, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3465 unduly disadvantaged?"
