I want to state here that this Question addresses what we were looking for in totality. It is not about the Question that we had asked last time. Let me now go to the question relating to policy. As much as we are able to appreciate what the Minister tells us, he does not specifically tell us, in terms of getting disadvantaged, about the recruitment that was going on--- Could he consider stopping the on going national recruitment in Ministries with a view to addressing the inequalities that are happening as of now?"
