    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, officially our Ministry has not been given information about the IDPs prior to the 2007 general election. However, now that this information is been trickling in, we are working out ways and modalities--- The Fund I have was only meant to cater for the post 2007 elections IDPs. So, we are working and will see how best they can be catered for. Even if we came up with an action plan right now, we do not have the funds to cater for them."
