It was pointed out to him by the Clerk that there is indeed, a substantive committee dealing with the issue and that the results of the amendments will completely take away the intent and substance of the intended Motion which is to grant leave. Following that advice, Mr. Mututho withdrew the notice. So, as we speak now, no notice has been given and if that is the case, you may find a hurdle on your way."
