    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to thank the Assistant Minister for that response. At least, it is better than the one which was given last week. I am wondering whether the Ministry has any plans to fast-track the students' studies, considering that they will be more than a year behind the students with whom they sat the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) Examination. Does the Assistant Minister have any plan to fast-track their studies, so that they can catch up with their colleagues?"
