Could he ensure that when they become operational, they do not serve one individual such as the sub-depot in Nithi which serves one person and takes all the products that are being sold at twice the price? Could he ensure that when these depots are operational, they serve wananchi? They should not be used as storage facilities for one person the way it is happening in Meru."
